Where Jeju's learncation model meets New Space.
Global Space-Connect Day exists to strengthen local education and research and to build an industry-academia ecosystem on top of Jeju's learncation model. Global space companies and local talent meet here to share data, design curricula, and work out how to send what Jeju has into orbit.
Three Programmes
- 1. Industry-academia conferenceAerospace data consortium and innovation ecosystem. Leading experts from AWS, Nara Space, and STEPI cover global space business trends, satellite data technology, and policy direction. For aerospace companies and students.
- 2. Launch partyAs Voyager's Golden Record carried the sounds of Earth outward, a Platinum Record carries what Jeju is into the future. A networking programme combining Stanford d.school design thinking with a local exploration mission. Open to Future Shapers, students, and any young person in the region.
- 3. Aerospace convergence major workshopDesigning a space and AI curriculum around what employers actually need. Companies and the university sit down together and write the curriculum. For company representatives and staff from vocational high schools and universities.
