Program Overview
"I'm an Artist: The Moment AI Meets Art", a Jeju AI art creation camp hosted by the Core Talent Development Division, ran successfully across two days, 11 and 12 November 2025.
Goals
A hands-on creative programme built so that young people in the region can use AI as a tool and make what they imagine. It works on creative sensibility and technical skill at the same time.

Programme
Day 1
AI image generation, hands-on
Practice with Midjourney, Dzine AI, and Kling AI; an AI film screening and discussion; and a lecture by film critic Jeon Chan-il on change and vision in the age of AI cinema.
Day 2
Making AI shorts
Monetisation strategy and industry cases for AI shorts, individual project feedback, and hands-on production with real-time video generation.
In the age of AI, content that carries emotion is the real art
Director Kim Il-dong, AI film I'm POPODirector Kim Il-dong told the students that "anyone who can bring their own feeling through can build a world of their own," and that AI should not replace art but work as a tool that extends feeling.

What Comes Next
Director Young Joon Lee said the camp "laid the ground for students to use AI as an artistic language and grow into glocal creators, working outward from here."
